1. Free Ticket is applicable to the route from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) to Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
2. Passengers who successfully reserved the Free Ticket from Cotai Water Jet official website shall receive a confirmation email.
3. Passengers must present the confirmation email, valid foreign travel documents and Transportation Receipt for verification. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of this Offer.
4. This Offer does not apply to the Passenger who holds either Hong Kong Identify Card, Macau Resident Identity Card, Taiwan travel documents, Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP), the People’s Republic of China passport, Hong Kong SAR passport, Macau SAR passport or British National Overseas (BNO) visa.
5. Sailing date of Free Ticket must be within seven (7) days from the arrival date stated on the Transportation Receipt. Departure location of the Transportation Receipt must not be Macau.
6. According to the requirements of Macau Tourism Bureau, for verification and statistical purpose, Passengers are required to provide relevant personal data such as name, year of birth, place of issue of travel document and departure location (“Personal Data”) before boarding.
7. All sailings must be completed on or before 31 December 2025.
8. During the Offer Period, each Transportation Receipt can redeem a maximum of one (1) Free Ticket. Free Ticket is for Passenger’s personal use only.
9. This Offer is subject to seat availability and limited quota on a first come first served basis.
10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
11. No change, cancellation or refund is available once Free Ticket is issued. Free Ticket must not be transferred or resold.
12. All Free Tickets which are altered, damaged or expired will be void.
13. Online Beng Seng Company Limited will not be responsible for any lost or stolen Free Ticket, and no reissuance of Free Ticket will be entertained.
16. Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage, Privacy Notice or this Offer at any time without notice.
17. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Online Beng Seng Company Limited shall be final.
18. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

The Passenger expressly agrees and acknowledges that their personal data will be collected, used, and shared for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement, particularly for the purpose of verification and statistical analysis of the effectiveness of this offer in collaboration with the Macao Special Administrative Region Tourism Office. The Passenger authorizes Cotai Ferry Company Limited to automatically or manually collect, use, store, and process the personal data provided to Cotai Ferry Company Limited in connection with this offer, including but not limited to the Passenger’s name, year of birth, place of issuance of travel documents, place of departure, and other relevant information (hereinafter referred to as “Data”), for the purposes of providing news, promotions, and other services related to Cotai Ferry Company Limited. Additionally, the Passenger authorizes Cotai Ferry Company Limited to share their personal data, under confidentiality conditions, with Las Vegas Sands Corp. (“LVSC”), Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”), Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. (“MBS”), and any other affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Sands”), as well as any third-party service providers bound by written confidentiality agreements with Sands, for the same purposes mentioned above. This is to ensure a consistently personalized experience for the Passenger across Sands’ properties. The Passenger acknowledges that the authorized Data may involve the international transfer of personal data, and that Cotai Ferry Company Limited, LVSC, SCL, MBS, affiliated companies, and third-party service providers may be subject to different legal jurisdictions with varying regulations and safeguards regarding personal data privacy. Cotai Ferry Company Limited will comply with the relevant regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the Macao Special Administrative Region concerning the cross-border transfer of personal data and will implement appropriate protective measures.
The Passenger has the right to access their personal data, request additional information regarding the storage and processing of the Data, request any necessary corrections, withdraw their consent, or opt out of receiving direct marketing communications from Cotai Ferry Company Limited. The Passenger may, at any time, notify Cotai Ferry Company Limited by sending a letter to the Executive Office, 2nd Floor, The Venetian Macao, Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, Taipa, Macao, or by emailing privacy@sands.com.mo to stop receiving the aforementioned commercial and marketing communications, or to request access, amendment, or removal of the personal data submitted in connection with this offer. During the Passenger’s participation in this offer, for marketing purposes, their Data will be retained by Venetian Macau Limited (“VML”), a contracting party to the Macao Special Administrative Region’s gaming concession contract, for the duration of the validity of said contract.
Each Passenger agrees to irrevocably release Cotai Ferry Company Limited and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, including but not limited to any claims arising from the submission of applications, participation in the offer, use of Data, and/or the use of the Passenger’s name, and/or any promotional activities related to this offer or any media, whether in existing or yet-to-be-discovered media, including but not limited to claims of slander, libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, public interest, personal and/or civil rights violations, misquotation, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any tortious acts and/or damages arising therefrom.
